Directions for use as a dry coating: Moisten food in water, milk or beaten egg. Boat food thoroughly by rolling in Willabay Breading. Let stand a minimum of 5 minutes or up to a maximum of several hours if refrigerated. Breading will appear moist. Oven bake at 375 degrees or deep or pan fry until tender.
For use as a batter: Add 2/3 cup cold water to 1 cup breading. Gently stir to make a smooth, slightly thick batter. Dip food (dried, no moist) into batter. Shake off excess. Deep fry until tender.
Ingredients: Enriched bleached flour( contains wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Rice flour, Yellow corn flour, Degerminated yellow corn meal, Wheat starch, Garlic powder, Black pepper, Salt, Soybean oil, Milk protein concentrate, Whole eggs, Dried whey, Dextrose, Leavening, Paprika, mustard, maltodextrin, dehydrated onion, and garlic, anti-caking agents.
